Return window:
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, refunds or exchanges are not available.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- Defective, damaged, or unopened (only eligible conditions)
Items that are opened, used, or not in original condition are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- You will be notified by email
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within a few business days
Exchanges
- Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items
- Please contact us to arrange an exchange
